Superb

Liked: Rooms were lovely and spacious, staff were fantastic
Disliked: If the breakfast wasn’t included I wouldn’t have paid $55 for it. The selection was pretty lacklustre. The Bloody Mary was perfect though!

Wonderful, welcoming and relaxing

Liked: The room, the view and especially the staff were wonderful. We were made to feel welcome and never a problem
Disliked: My husband and I found the beds a bit too soft.

Modern, great location and exceptional...

Liked: Great location. The staff here are exceptional. By far the best customer service in Queenstown. The rooms are very, very clean and modern.
Disliked: The alpine rooms don’t really have an alpine view, more of a road view. Spring for a lake view if you can, I will next time.

Fantastic we love QT

Liked: The best staff every single one of you!!The best steak for dinner the food downstairs was exceptional and we were so grateful for the shuttle service. They took us and picked us up from everywhere We will be back next year QT
