Disliked: check-in process slow, no magnified mirror in bathroom - impossible to do make-up

Overall, I feel like it...

Liked: Location was great, staff were friendly It was an okay stay.
Disliked: My room wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been, Some of the ammenities in the room were just empty boxes. I didn’t get a proper run down of the hotel when I checked in. Didn’t get told breakfast was served on level 1 or where the gym was and it wasn’t clear in the hotel information pack.

Good central hotel.

Liked: Quirky property that is well situated in Perth. Large bedrooms and great bathrooms and toiletries as well as a Dyson hairdryer. Good breakfast and lovely jjuices.
Disliked: Rooms were very dark. I couldn’t find things even with curtains open in morning and lights on. Gym was good but needs a clean. Lots of dust on the treadmills. No lighter weights for women or those who require them Called down for room service and rang twice as phone went down !! Cold chips on arrival. Reception staff did apologise the next day.

Liked: The hotel is very nice.With a nice bar and grill which is very convenient.
Disliked: PID extra for a larger room with a bath but I don’t think the extra is really worth the money.

Liked: Honestly the location in really the only decent thing I experienced besides the staff are friendly enough, that whilst where not very helpful (even bringing an unchanged hair straightener for my partner to use but not packing the charger, leaving it useless, I.dont have anything to say negatively about the staff, as the finishing, poor workmanship and completely failure to inspect the rooms or text the amenities prior to guests maybe a lack of training or staffing issue.
Disliked: Windows in the room have dropped leaving a decent sized gap in the top for air,dust and bugs to fly into making it almost impossible to keep the room umable to hold a consistent temperature, resulting in hot to freezing cold rapid changes along with the absurd amount of banging and noise ect comming from what seemed like floor 15,and my neighbour on level 14 slamming his door soo hard and oftern i had to check over 20 times that it wasnt your staff knocking bashing on our door, the shower heads have like build up in the heads causing the mobile then to spray in some random directions and also leak so excessively that 1 half of the dual shower was pretty.much unless, Also I found electrical items over due for testing by just under 4 years. I had expected to he comfortable and be able to enjoy he peace and quite while relax8ng with my partner, and what we experienced was anything but enjoyable, the windows are a huge issue as the road noise and people from the road yes out side 14 stories down blast into that room making it all byt impossible to sleep when combined with the maniacs above that room and what seemed like a possible drug dealer or prostitute eith constantly arriving and leaving the room next to me. I was extremely disappointed with my stay as I was looking for a regular hotel for monthly stays, I have honestly had better experiances staying overnight in out public hospital system..
