Liked: Location terrific
Disliked: Bed unstable on hardwood floor duty manager had to secure it with hand towels wrapped around the castors

Liked: Location and the restaurant - Jana. Amazing Italian food and steak.
Disliked: The room is a little dark at times. The air-conditioning/heating is difficult to see and work

Liked: We love the QT hotels and our first stay at the Newcastle location did not disappoint!! Perfect location, lovely staff, incredible room. Called in a request at 9pm and they were straight into it and so lovely. Highly recommend
