Disliked: First room was behind the elevator - could hear the bell, moved to a second room next to the service room and then moved to a room next to construction noise. Not enough staff on anywhere in the hotel including the bar. No information provided at check in on the hotel and facilities. QT Melbourne feels dated.

Nice hotel for a city...

Liked: The location of this property was perfect for us as it was close to the top end of town where we had a dinner booking. The rooms are coll and comfortable and well priced compared to other high end properties in Melbourne CBD.
Disliked: You get sent a link to check in, in advance which I did but this saved you no time as check in still to ages and the person who helped me at check in had a really hard time finding my booking and then took my card to process the hold. I found very little point in checking in in advance. The rooftop bar was also ridiculously priced. I paid $20 for mocktail and it was so average and the waiter had no idea how to make it. I would give it a miss.
