Would be 10/10 with improved...

Liked: Location fabulous
Disliked: Bed was very average and we both got sore backs

Service needs improvement and better...

Liked: Bed was comfy. Rooftop bar was great.
Disliked: Requests were not catered to, checked in an hour late and waited in the lobby area from 3-4pm. Had to follow up the champagne bottle organised for my mums birthday. Did not get a quiet room, got a room opposite a night club and was very noisy late at night. Provided direct feedback to hotel at check out and in writing. Unfortunately do not want to return. Perth QT was very good in comparison.

Contemporary vibes with great service

Liked: The hotel is contemporary. The facilities are great although it doesn’t have a pool. The hairdryer is a Dyson. The roof top bar is beautiful.
Disliked: There was a work site next to the hotel. We were on level 5 overlooking it. I would have preferred to have been higher to reduce noise. The heating is also noisy.

Disliked: Bed was worn out with no support on the edge, kept feeling like I was about to roll off the edge.
