Liked: Very comfortable and well appointed room. Reasonably close to the more active parts of Surfers Paradise.Great bar.

Liked: Pool area was amazing. Staff are very proactive with fast delivery of food and drinks when you ordered it by.Is very friendly staff The Japanese restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing and service was so great thereThere was a mixup with communication with our rooms however staff really tried their best to amend the situation. I really did appreciate that.
Disliked: Rooms are extremely small for the price we paid. We could’ve got a larger room at a different hotel for smaller the price The quality of food versus the price you pay for in room dining and the buffet wasn’t worth it. I remembered ordering a fruit salad and the fruit being off.

Fabulous, can’t wait to be...

Liked: Giant soft bed, fabulous and friendly staff, pool was wonderful (even though it was a bit rainy for us, it was heated) onsite secure parking, great range of food and restaurants.
Disliked: Balcony was down for maintenance which was disappointing but the staff were happy to offer parking, drinks vouchers etc. you could still enjoy the view, you just couldn’t go outside.
