Clean and comfortable - nice...
Liked: Good value for money and very clean. Breakfast was good and very reasonably priced when included in the room rate. Parking was easy with numberplate recognition. Online check out was a breeze.
Disliked: Property is a little dated, certain fittings were in need of an upgrade or replacement (minibar cabinets, glass desk, wardrobe, air conditioning controls), one lift was out of order all four nights, there were no power points by the beds to charge devices, water pressure was very low. It didn't feel up up to the QT standard of Sydney or Auckland (where we've stayed previously and been very impressed) - this is probably reflected in the price, but I would pay more for a better-presented property.

Overall great hotel, food and...
Liked: Suite accommodation was great family traveling together, and a good price. Overall great hotel, food and facilities!
Disliked: EV vehicle charging spaces were not routinely monitored for inappropriate use of the advertised spaces available. Non EV vehicles parked for long periods despite not requiring charging. Common problem these days. Had to charge elsewhere.

Loved the location. Canberra is...
Liked: Great location for walks. Great atmosphere. Found the staff really helpful when we caught a taxi to Manuka. Supplied information that made it really easy yo return. Enjoyed breakfast on the last morning.

A comfortable stay while visiting...
Liked: Furnishings, comfortable beds, shower and bathroom
Disliked: Construction outside of the property that we were not made aware of when booking.

Very good
Liked: Clean & comfortable, helpful staff. Convenient to National Museum.
Disliked: Paid for parking & found a spot in the car park. Headed out in the evening & couldn't get a park when we got back. We were allowed to park out the front in the short term parking area, so all was ok. Would recommend they don't sell more parking than they have space for.
