Liked: Great location. Very comfortable bed
Disliked: The fact that I was charged one night due to the Doha airstrike. I informed the hotel as soon as my flight was diverted and kept them informed about the intinerary changes.I understand booking policies but this was such an unconventional situation that could have been better managed.

Liked: The shower head was a treat, the roof top bar was great of an evening and the staff were great to deal with.
Disliked: The exposed ceiling meant that we could hear the water from next doors shower dripping down one of the pipes, was very noisy and made sleep difficult. Would have loved a brighter light option so that I could do my make up in the bathroom properly.

Liked: Stayed here for my Birthday before going home. The hotel went out of their way to make it a lovely celebration. I got a room upgrade, a drink voucher for each night and they made a lovely card and pastries on my arrival with happy birthday message. Room service was fast and delicious. Bed was extremely comfortable.
