Great hotel in excellent CBD...

Liked: High quality hotel in a very convenient location. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with any questions. Room was clean, tidy and the bed was very comfortable. Great value for money and having breakfast included was an added bonus.
Disliked: There was a gig on the Saturday evening which meant we weren’t able to get a table at the rooftop bar, but other than that there was nothing to complain about.

Disliked: We weren't so impressed with the food offering in the Esther restaurant.

Liked: The rooms were lovely and modern, and reasonably spacious. Staff were helpful - check in was an easy process.Great location to the viaduct.
Disliked: Was a bit of road noise (sirens, car alarms etc.) but to be expected in the city.Would have loved better more basic breakfast options in the restaurant and an earlier open. The room service options were better than the restaurant options and available earlier - but it's nice to get out of the room to eat. A lovely staff member did offer us a coffee before restaurant opened, but we didn't have time to eat as we had an event to get to.
