Liked: Loved the room upgrade! The bathroom was stunning. The room service food was quick and delicious! Adore the vibe of the entire place. Oh, and the Greek doughnuts for breaky ... amazing!

Great place to stay with...

Liked: We stayed with my elderly mum, plus our daughter. Had 3 rooms. The rooms were great. Our daughter was surprised to get a treat from hotel staff as it was her uni graduation. It was a great surprise and much appreciated. The car was always ready when needed. Staff were extra friendly to my elderly, often confused, mother. I am very grateful for this, as it was long weekend with a lot of travel for her. The young male concierge went over and beyond what was required, many thanks for your attentiveness and friendliness. Staff looked after flowers and a wheelchair until we arrived with no problems.
Disliked: We should have stayed longer!

Liked: Room was big and spacious. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Window view looked to the next building so had to have curtains closed the whole time which made room even more dark than it was. Considering this was an upgraded room... it did not feel like it.
