Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: Our room smelled like mildew. It had a bad odor the entire time we were there. The window covering wasn’t very good and let in light around the outside of the window. There was lighting on the outside of the building at night so there was light coming in all night. Also, there was only one window covering and there were rooms and windows right across from the our room. There was not a sheer drape that you could pull for privacy. So the window shade had to be down which made the room dark all day. You felt as if you were in a cave.

Lovely stay at the Q&C...
Liked: Hotel is well located within easy 10-15 minute walk to French Quarter. Staff were friendly, rooms well appointed & clean. (my personal preference is for a hard mattress & the mattresses were definitely more on the soft side - only reason for not giving a 100% rating re comfy bed question above). The hotel allows order-in meals to be consumed within the hotel-restaurant area (which is limited in seating numbers but adequate). Restaurant staff were very friendly. Lovely vibe/atmosphere within the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing really - very happy stay. There was a corporate event booked at the hotel restaurant one evening which meant we could not eat at the hotel - although not what we planned, there are many other options around the hotel so not really an inconvenience but maybe a note to hotel residents in the morning would have been a considerate touch? Also, be aware, the doorman is not allowed to order transport to/from the airport on behalf of booked-in guests, you have to do this yourself. He apologized for not being able to assist, again we are totally capable of doing this ourselves but we did find it strange that they would not be willing to order an uber/taxi on behalf of their staying guests.
