Great location, however, the room...

Liked: Great location, next to Amsterdam Zuid station, the airport is just one train stop away, which was really convenient.
Disliked: The room was fine, however, there was no soundproof, as I was able to hear everything that was happening around :/ The hotel itself is in the office building, thus, you are not able to open the windows.

Great stay overall

Liked: Fantastic location, clean accommodations, and exceptionally friendly staff. They also offer a great service where you can leave your luggage at reception after checkout until your departure time.
Disliked: The only downside is that there are no fridges in the rooms and no windows, although the ventilation system works well

Disliked: The “minimalistic” style that tries to justify the cheap investment in the room

Disappointing

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent—right next to the metro station, which made getting around very convenient.
Disliked: Our check-in experience was quite disappointing. We arrived at 8 PM, which is five hours after the stated check-in time of 3 PM, only to be told that our room was not ready. This was frustrating and unexpected. We had to wait around 20 minutes at the reception while they arranged a room for us. The reception staff was not very welcoming, and the whole process felt poorly managed.Overall, the location is a big plus, but the front desk experience needs serious improvement.
