Liked: Location from airport and to Manhattan is easy. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Bring bery good earplugs as the hotel is next to the train tracks which makes it very loud. My window also did not close. Luckily was so exhausted from the flight I felt asleep anyway.

Liked: It's close to Queens Plaza, which is a good point to connect with the rest of NYC. Bed could be better, at least a curtain around the bed as other hostel to allow you sleep for those unconscious guests that make noise too late or turn of the light in the midnight. The rest is ok.
Disliked: Privacy in beds

Liked: The hotel is located just opposite the metro station, making it incredibly convenient to reach Manhattan in about 15 minutes. There were also several supermarkets nearby.
Disliked: It was fairly noisy since the hotel was right next to the train tracks, but we didn’t mind it too much. However, the towels weren’t replaced at all during the whole week we stayed there.
