Comfortable stay with the family

Liked: View was nice had partial view of the beach which is always great to wake up to in the morning. Location is very close to Cavill ave where you get great options for food and entertainment. Good amount of parking on site too
Disliked: Spa wasnt that clean, considering it was not very busy and everytime we went it was basically empty i would have figured it would be cleaner. The elevator takes ages to get anywhere and there somewhere and sometimes didnt work to get to my floor.

Q1 work while...

Liked: I was highly impressed with the resort. Staff were great. Room was very clean. I have dust mite allergies...so was expecting to have a break out...but nothing at all. Needed help with the TV and received the help within minutes. View was perfect. Beautiful in fact.
Disliked: Nil

Liked: All the staff were super friendly, facilities were excellent and only a short walk from everything.
Disliked: The windows on the balcony don’t close properly so when it gets windy they rattle and shake making loud noises. Bed super uncomfortable
