Liked: Helpfull staff, good englishspeaking. Very clean and nice rooms, modern facilities.
Disliked: We came during renovations of the lobby so there was a bit of noise and the air-conditioning did not work in one of the rooms. But the staff quickly gave us another room without problem !

Liked: It was spacious, clean, and newly furnished. The room had everything you could need including air conditioning, mini fridge, ironing board and a large TV. Internet was fast and the view was great from the 4th floor. Very nice bathroom.

Liked: Location-5’ from SkyTower and 25-30’ walking till Old Town; Clean; Comfortable bed; complimentary small water (sparkling and still)bottles in the room; Size of the room/space
Disliked: The noise from the street (tram and car traffic on cobblestone street); understood that are works on groundfloor, but felt a bit anxiety about the accessibility and safety - anyone can enter and access upper floors with elevator (no card validation eventhough in the elevator it is written it is needed); The wifi very poor and needed manual reconnection very often; Besides soap and shower gel (that were installed mixed up), no other (shower cap, body lotion, etc)

Disliked: Customer service poor - requested higher floor room advised will be available at 2 pm following day. When returned at 2 pm stated no rooms available. At night aircon didn’t work and then had to repack and change rooms at midnight. Furthermore there was renovation work at hotel which made it look like a building site. Not what was advertised on booking.com. Inconvenient
