Exceptional
Liked: The location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The receptionists were nice above and beyond. Answered all of our questions before and during our stay. We were also given late checkout at a discounted price.Thank you Katya! 🙏

Liked: The most wonderful experience at this hotel during my mother’s stay. I would especially like to thank Anastasia at the reception — she is an absolute gem! She helped us with everything: choosing the perfect room with a stunning view of Prague’s main square, ordering flowers and chocolates, signing greeting cards, arranging a restaurant reservation, assisting with luggage, and even making a late check-out possible.The family room was spacious, bright, and spotless — perfectly clean, cozy, and comfortable. A big plus is the hotel’s rooftop restaurant with a breathtaking view of Prague — an ideal place to enjoy a special evening.The entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring — always ready to give advice and assist with any request. It is rare to find such warm-hearted people and such exceptional service.Thanks whole team and specially Anastasia , my mother’s special celebration became unforgettable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague!

Great Experience. Loved the hotel!
Liked: The location was perfect! Even though there are metro (MUSTEK stations that serves A/B line) and trum lines nearby, we did not use them. We prefered to walk, everything is very close to the hotel. All staff were very friendly and professional, I will just mention two that I remember their names Marketta the manager, always with smile in her face and happy to assist and Anastasia very polite girl,at the reception. We got a family room and we are placed in high floor, it was very quiet as we requested with magnicifent view at Wenceslas square. The breakfast was great as well with many options for every taste.The hotel has a roof bar with great city views and you enjoy your drinks/gourmet food at night. When we return to Prague we will not look for accomodation. We have one!!!
Disliked: Everything was great. The cleaning of the room is after 2pm. It could take place a little sooner since a guest may choose to return at the room for a short rest early afternoon and the room could not be ready yet. As long as you are aware though, you can make adjustments.
