Liked: The staffs at Pytloun Boutigue Hotel Prague are very friendly and helpful. Particularly Marketa at the Reception area who is very friendly, resourceful and welcoming. My family and I are very pleased with the services provided during our staying at the hotel.

Liked: Location , service, cleanliness, breakfast, amazing staff thanks to Marketa the manager for her genuine support and beautiful smile, to Katrina for her recommendations and to Ahmed and Nicolas for their help as well!

Liked: Central location in pedestrian zone. Friendly staff and good atmosphere.
Disliked: There are rooms with windows into tiny space between buildings so room on the first floor was pretty dark.

Liked: Pytloun lovation allows an easy excess to .most of the shops,transport,pubs and bars etc.
Disliked: The staff is too polite and well behaving, particularly Mr TOMAS. Beautiful rooms with luxurious style of staying. What place to stay....

Disliked: In a rainy day I used the umbrella in the room , but the hotel take me 10€ for this. I didn't buy the umbrella I just use it and I explained this situation to the reception. In spite of this they take the payment. 10€ is not important for me but this is very saddy
