Liked: The hotel is beautiful. Exceptionally friendly staff. We had a gorgeous room with a great bed. Good breakfast and restaurant. The location is great. I would highly recommend it.

Excellent stay in Prague

Liked: The location of the hotel couldn't be any better, as it was right at the edge of the city with everything in walking distance. The facilities were excellent and the room had everything one needed. The breakfast was excellent as well and it lasted until 11am which is great to get some more time in the morning.
Disliked: The room service wasn't available due to the restaurant being too busy. This was a first for me and something I didn't expect from a five star hotel. The taxi service was well taken care off, but it took some time to arrange it properly.
