Liked: It was nice and clean owners very helpful
Disliked: Was a bit in the middle of nowhere good 15 mins to the hungry horse pub nearest to eat we used this hotel for Wythenshawe park concert it was an hour walk back once you got on to this straight road so couldn’t get lost

Liked: Good location and friendly staff
Disliked: The property (courtyard rooms) are tired and in need of modernising. Bathroom smelt of mold and was damp.
