Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't stay...

Liked: The area was good close to the tube station. The air con was very good and we were able to really cool the room overnight.
Disliked: When we arrived there was no one at the desk but all the paper bookings were on the desk so someone could've easily accessed the information about the other people staying as it was left unattended. We had to go find someone to check us in. The room we were first given had a very large window and when we pulled the curtains, the curtains were too small width ways for the windows so would let in a load of light overnight. There was also a large stain on the floor. There were other areas in the room that looked like it could do with some refurbishment. I went to reception to complain and the person I spoke to was very good in immediately moving us to another room without any issue so that was good. The other room was better but there were a lot of areas that still could do with refurbishment like holes in the net curtains scuffs on the furniture, a hole in the wall that had been filled with some random white thing. One annoying thing was that we couldn't turn off the light around the mirror in the bathroom and whenever you walked near the hall a light in the hall automatically turned on which could be annoying if you had to get up in the night but not want to disturb your partner. Found a random sweet down the side of a seat probably from a previous guest.
