Will come back, our 1st...

Liked: Design, comfort, tablet to manage the room, hypoallergenic choice of linens.
Disliked: Pillows too large, mirror lighting in the bathroom, no clear infos about the fact that the SPA is actually located in the other PURO Hotel in Kazimierz (found the info on the tablet after looking through the whole website)

Liked: The location was great, close to everything that we wanted to see. They kindly let us use the rooms before check in and it was tidy and clean. Also, when we asked them if they were able to prepare breakfast boxes (once my husband and I noticed our pick-up time for out tour for the next day had changed to such an early time: 5:45am), they were so flexible in preparing them for us !
Disliked: Just a slight thing, but the bag in which they put the breakfast tore almost immediately after we left the hotel. But other than that everything was perfect!

Lovely

Liked: It’s always a pleasure to stay here. Clean, modern, super central if you need to travel by train or to the airport (or go mall shopping!) There is free coffee downstairs at all times, which is a great plus
Disliked: Everything is nice
