Hotel Description
Nestled in extensive gardens in the center of Swanage Purbeck House Hotel & Louisa Lodge is a 5-minute walk from the beach. Family-run and steeped in over a century of history it also has free parking and a bar. The Hotel do not take Dog. The bedrooms are divided between the main house built in 1875 and the newly-built Louisa Lodge. All have a flat-screen HD TV an iPod dock and a private bathroom whist some have sea or garden views. Breakfast is served in the Elizabeth Garden Conservatory every morning from 07:30 to 10:00 Monday to Saturday and 08:00 - 10:00 on Sundays. Please note we only serve Continental breakfast on every Thursday of the week and Full English Breakfast on all the other days. The World Heritage Jurassic Coast is just 984 feet away from the Purbeck with the famous Monkey World Zoo a 20-minute drive. Swanage Train Station is a 5-minute walk away.

Liked: The location of this hotel was great minutes from bars restaurants and 5 minutes from beach
Disliked: Lovely hotel in great location but very dated needs an upgrade, cleanliness not 100 %

Liked: Beautiful building set in a lovely location. Room clean and bed very comfy.
Disliked: Hot breakfast was cold ! tray lids left open which added to this, no where to put server's for breakfast ( dropped on floor ) limited space for this.No hook on back of bathroom door.Outside patio furniture looking tired

Liked: it’s oldy worldy charm with loverly character feachers
Disliked: the shower door was missing and replaced with a shower curtain.the shelf above the sink was loose and tilting so things rolled off it.the sash windows were very difficult to open.
