Liked: That it was dog friendly and right on the beach. So nice that there were doggy cupcakes out on arrival
Disliked: It was hard to connect to the internet on the tv.

Liked: Nathan in reception and behind the bar was exceptional. He was professional as well as a genuine a stand out staff member ,nothing was too difficult.As well as the room being beautiful, clean warm and quiet. Punakiki scenic resort was fabulous.
Disliked: The breakfast was overpriced and of poor quality.The coffee tasted like mud.the staff member on in the dining room was flustered and racist.( labels had been moved on the prunes and dates and she said oh the chinese did that)This not ok ,her interpersonal skills were very poor. ALSO we ordered sorbet that had paper stuck to it!

Liked: Decent beds but the view was from above and behind the main building. Certainly not worth the added price.
Disliked: Reception seem confused about my booking. I don't think they get many overnight guests.
