Liked: Staff were amazing, always on hand and helpful. Facilities were A1. Buffet breakfast was great and Marcels (restaurant) - exceptional. In all, quite an oasis of luxury in Western Sydney! Even with Panthers (the Club) right next door, there was barely any outside noise in the room.
Disliked: The carpark level P2 was a little smelly and the edge of the curtain let in the light from outside during the night, but that really was the worst I can come up with! Very very little not to like about the place!

Liked: Absolutely stunning property, comfortable beds and pillows, spacious rooms, luxurious towels. Extras like free parking, complimentary drink on arrival and complimentary water in room.

Disliked: The shower was luke warm on full heat.The bed was very hard but the staff did provide a mattress topper when asked.The room was a little dusty and shower floor needed a bit of deeper clean.
