Disliked: $19 for not even a standard size glass of wine

A perfect stay ruined by...

Liked: The hotel was a great location and exactly what we were looking for.
Disliked: An other wise perfect stay was ruined by an additional charge being charged to my credit card for a mini bar item that we did not use. We told the front desk that we had the white wine and paid the bill and then 12 hours later received a charge for a beer that we didn’t have. It doesn’t take much to ruin an otherwise perfect night.

Liked: Beautiful hotel, superb facilities, extremely clean, staff were great and more than accommodating with special requests such as a late check out and room preferences, secure parking included and a great safe location and opposite the Panthers Club.
