Great location and extremely comfy

Liked: Beautiful hotel right next to the arenas. We stayed for Bring Me The Horizon and it was perfect being in bed within ten minutes of leaving the concert! The rooms are so comfortable and I loved the view of Parramatta. We were chatting to Joe at reception and he was so friendly and helpful. Brilliant being right next to the train station too!
Disliked: Nothing at all, our stay was perfect.

Easy and stress free.

Liked: The staff were super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the parking was easy.

Comfortable & convenient.

Liked: Well maintained, felt very luxurious, quiet. Close to everything. Staff were amazing and so helpful
Disliked: The only fault was the bed was probably a little too soft for us. Otherwise everything was perfect!
