Very good

Liked: The room was comfortable and very clean and staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The lifts were not working properly, so getting to breakfast took 15mins and we had to take the stairs from lvl 13. And I had to time getting back up and down for my meeting. I was 20mins late for work.

Peaceful, safe with comfort .

Liked: Peaceful ! A nice peaceful space with an outstanding comfy bed ..No problems I felt safe and relaxed. The stunning Hyde Park a great place for healing .

Disliked: Overpriced for the lack of service and no staff to assist with the lifts not working.Looked like residential units in the city very poor Hotel for the Name so outdated.

Frustrating elevators!!

Liked: Great location
Disliked: The lifts have been a problem at this hotel for at least a year & this stay was the worst. A 40 minute wait to get a lift from our room to reception. Only 1 out of 3 lifts working. I have stayed here often because of the location but the lift situation was too frustrating this time. I’ll be reluctant to book again.

Liked: Pillow menu a nice feature. Location is great.
Disliked: It was dirty, lots of damage to walls, paint scratched, 2 of our electrical outlets didn’t work, and one of the lamps didn’t work. Also only one elevator was working that day, waiting 20+ minutes every time needed to leave the floor. View couldn’t be appreciated due to the windows being filthy. For a supposed 5 star hotel it was very poorly maintained.
