Very good
Liked: Convenient location, super friendly staff and awesome breakfast
Disliked: The elevators are incredibly slow and not all working. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here in 2 months and elevators still not working well

Liked: The service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Any requests we asked were delivered in a timely manner. The facilities are lovely and they even offered a free lolly bar for the kids and carried all of our bags up to the room for us before we arrived in the room. The view from our hotel room was also very lovely. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and was very good value and the kids ate free.
Disliked: I could not fault anything about the property or the staff.

Disliked: Heating not working, lifts not working properly, sometimes cups and glasses not washed, coffee and milk were not replaced..

Liked: Room and facilities were fine but the lifts under repairs was a massive inconvenience. Particularly in the morning the lift was very crowded and slow.
Disliked: Under repair lifts were an inconvenience. Coffee and tea at breakfast needs serious improvement and more menu options will be a great.

I would definitely recommend this...
Liked: Park suite was fantastic, spa bath was great and room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, our luggage was lost by the airline and when it was sent to the hotel, they dropped a note in first as to not disturb us as it was late, and then dropped it up when we called them.
Disliked: Lift is having some work done on it so it was occasionally a long wait.
