Everything was dirty house keeping...

Liked: Location
Disliked: reception staff was nice but house keeping staff didn’t clean our room… they didn’t fill up the tea and milk no bathroabes and toilets was dirty

Superb

Liked: Location, location. Breakfast was bountiful. Gluten free options clearly labelled.
Disliked: Sauna not working, hot tub could be hotter..Just looking a little tired around the edges.

The location was great but...

Liked: The location was good and our view of the park was nice. The buffet breakfast was lovely with view of Hyde park. Staff were very nice
Disliked: The walls are thin. We could hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. The bed and pillows were rock hard which resulted in 3am rise. We ordered meals twice for room delivery with an allocated time of 6pm but had our meal delivered at 2pm and had to send our meals back twice. Parking was $65 a day
