Great staff and facilities shame...

Liked: Love view from bedroom and staff were brilliant
Disliked: The parking as no provided parks so have to use valet which was more expensive than the luxury hotels I stay at in Auckland

Liked: Beautiful large rooms, lobby of the hotel was very classy and overall was a 10/10 property
Disliked: Nothing

Central, comfortable stay

Liked: Central close to restaurants and the new Spa. Nice view over town with a glimpse of the lake. Bed comfortable.
Disliked: Layout of the room is strange with no bathroom, basin is just in the middle of the room. No privacy. The shower and toilet are in glass cubicles...Good shower but no towel rails to hang and dry towels.

Great check-in. Room was spacious...

Liked: Breakfast was ok but not great. Options were pretty much alright. Very busy, but we had a good table. Coffee was not what we ordered and given pricing was disappointing.
Disliked: See above. The app used to order dinner didn’t work but the staff organised our dinner quickly when we rang to check so excellent customer service. Car was valet parked and left passenger wheel rim was dinged
