we had a very pleasant...

Liked: lovely service/staff, very welcoming environment and easy access to facilities. wonderful hotel to stay at.
Disliked: upon arrival to our room, there was a bit of uncleaned mess around the mini bar. this did not affect our stay however, these things do happen.

Suit room is really good...

Liked: Room was really good staff was help full. Nice hotel in rotorua cbd will be back again thank you Pullman
Disliked: Parking have to comes with room but not a problem i have park my car on street
