5 star location, not a...

Liked: The room itself and view was amazing. When complaining, staff rectified swiftly any issues, like the shower gel.When we mentioned our challenges at checkout, the staff took our feedback seriously and addressed our concerns in a very professional and satisfactory way for us, leaving me in a somewhat more positive mind of our stay.
Disliked: Not what you expect from the price you pay - would not recommend or stay again. Staff were not very friendly at check in, we seemed to be an inconvenience to their day. I had previously called with questions and staff didn't speak English well enough to understand me. This wasn't a problem when we were staying though. Rooms were amazing, however fridge contained items from previous tenant and shower gel was empty. Room service was shocking, arrived cold and drinks in paper cups, part of order missing, and with only one set of cutlery for 2 meals ordered. One day we couldn't reach room service at lunch time at all and have up after three attempts. It's very noisy due to its location when you want the balcony doors open. No floor length wardrobe for dresses, e.g. wedding dress.

Disliked: Breakfast was a la carte, and the portion was too small. No variety at all and the tap water was always there.

Good services, the worst breakfast...

Liked: Beddings. And the front service was excellent.
Disliked: Smelled bath rope, bad lighting in the rooms, and no varieties for breakfast. It is totally not worth a 5 star hotel rating nor my money. I don’t think I will ever book to stay with Pan Pacific again.

A bit disappointing given the...

Liked: Accommodation was comfortable. Location good.
Disliked: AC froze and leaked into the room. Initial reaction to our complaint was to provide extra towels to soak it up.Leak was not fixed until mid morning of the second day.
