Pool amazing right next to...

Liked: We selected this hotel because of the pool and gym and they were fantastic. The room was spacious and well appointed, space for 2 suitcases which you don’t always find.
Disliked: It was hot for sleeping and a doona without a sheet didn’t help.

Clean and comfortable, near airport.

Liked: Close to airport. Clean. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Food is too expensive.

Liked: Room was fine and spacious. Location near terminal 3 is most convenient, with train to terminal 1 a regular event.
Disliked: We booked in previously to our arrival, told reception we would be there at 11am and were promised an early entry to room, only to be told with many others that room would only be available after 2pm. I would have thought that cleaning staff at an airport hotel would have to be on deck 24/7 so that any arrivals at any hour could get a room promptly. If drop off keys were inspected it would be obvious which rooms could be cleaned immediately, no matter what the hour.Also we had a room near the lift and there was a constant noise from a staff room next door throughout the night with no action taken despite our efforts.

Convenient location for airport travel...

Liked: the hotel is easy to get to on the train - right opposite the train station. Travelling to the airport the next day was very easu just hop on another train to get to the internation airport
Disliked: I thought the restruarant would have had a better selection of food.

Pleasant

Liked: Easy to access the terminals. Facilities nice.
Disliked: One staff member was nice. All others borderline unpleasant.
