Terrible customer service

Liked: The property has decent facilities, and breakfast was fine
Disliked: We stayed for 4 nights, from the first day AC was not cooling. When we made the complaints, they informed us that there was a problem with the chiller unit and that they were not yet ready to provide a timeline for fixing the issue. On the third day, they sent us a fan at night, which was not working. Finally, we had to suffer all four days without AC in the summertime. The same experience was faced with my friend and his family, who travelled with us and stayed in the hotel during the same period. We had requested to book a taxi upon checkout, but we had to wait there for 30 minutes, and no one bothered to arrange the same. We had to find an alternate solution to get to the airport.I have never found such irresponsible and arrogant staff in the hotel industry.

Disliked: TV wasn’t working properly and room service took so long to rectify it. There was no teaspoon in the room and when I called room service I was told that I would have to be charged €5 to provide me with teaspoon in the room.

Very good hotel

Liked: Very good size of the room , very comfortable, nice warm swimming pool. Great attention to detail from the staff, we had absolutely everything we needed in the room
Disliked: The way of reserving slots to use their swimming pool doesn't work . We booked only adults time slot, but there were plenty of children around, because many guests don't follow their reserved times. When we complained about this at the reception, they said they cannot do anything about it, which was very strange. We used the pool only once because of that , but wanted to use more often . Also , I didn't like the smell in the rooms , and in the hotel overall, it would be nice to use some pleasant refreshing aromatiser in the hotel.
