Disliked: Room was in dire need of a refurbishment/ update

Liked: This is no longer a nice property , it used to be a nice place not any more
Disliked: The room was extremely dated, the bathroom was the worse of the entire, the pillows were horrible.There was dust on the lamps and on the tv table. The bathroom shower handle came out in my hand this morning …the bathroom was horribly old and bad., no room service no valet parking…no anything no anyone to help with luggage, the front desk barely cracked a smile, and the price was not cheap for all that it was.

Too expensive for this hotel

Liked: Literally old building hotel but good staff. Bad location if you come to vacation for south Miami beaches because of traffic. YOU HAVE TO PAY 30$ PARKING FEE EVERYDAY?! Even you have premium suite room.
Disliked: Old rooms, old furniture bad traffic location. YOU HAVE TO PAY at least 30$ PARKING FEE EVERYDAY?! WHY ?

Liked: Considering the costs, Should include breakfasts
Disliked: The pool was closed. But the most important think, because of the location without near places for breakfast, the hotel should include Breakfast considering the current cost of the room.
