Very good

Liked: The location was perfect for attending the footballer the MCG. Checkin and check out were very easy and staff were very kind and friendly. The room was modern, tidy and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast offerings were unfortunately very limited. We arrived at 9.30am well before the 10.30am close and many serving trays across the hot and cold buffet displays were empty which was disheartening. The buffet breakfast did not meet our expectations.

Disliked: We booked with Bookings.com who gave us a good deal with breakfast and parking included. We asked desk Clerk how to get our car out end of stay and she said that we just had to ‘drive out’. However, we got to exit gate in our car and had to pay by credit card to get out. We had a long line of cars behind and couldn’t back up or pullover to further investigate our dilemma. We contacted the Pullman as soon as we got out and they said they would reimburse us. This has not occurred. What can we do to get our money back?

it was ok BUT

Liked: Great place for a sleepover after a MCG Game. Carpark was easy, but we parked in the driveway, not knowing where to go until we got told to go back and just drive in—good breakfast - with a good window to eat if you want a sleep in.
Disliked: Taxis out front are scamming people with trips - I have reported him. The bar closing at 10:30 pm on a Saturday was very disappointing - would have loved a glass of red wine before bed. No ice cream on the inhouse room service menu - that was also very disappointing
