Dismal; do not stay here

Liked: Location, rooftop bar, nice drinks, friendly staff
Disliked: After watching TV we got into bed and the mattress was still soaking with whatever soapy substance it was drenched with by housekeeping and when reported it took over an hour for them to change our rooms and despite being entitled to a refund for the uninhabitable room, and their very friendly staff the unreasonable management chose never to respond to my reasonable requests for compensation so I will be shortly reporting them to the ACCC
