Liked: Breakfast - I was expecting a bigger selection of food that was on the buffet. Cold meats, cheese.... poor selection and amount. Some hot options would have been nice.Location excellent.Room.... unfortunately when we arrived in our room there was NO RUNNING WATER. So after a 4am start that day to get to your room and be met with no toilet and no handbasin was pretty awful. It would have been good to have been told this at reception, when we booked in. Several hours later the water returned but when we went to shower we discovered there was NO HOT WATER. Went to bed dirty that night. The next day they arranged for us to shower in another room (same floor) and eventually the Plumber came early afternoon to fix the problem. I did feel sorry for the staff because they honestly couldn't say any more sorry's to us. The problem was a burst water main ... totally outside of their control. They were very polite and apologetic and gave us a pizza in Blossoms to say thank you for being patient. It did however, ruin our first 24hours in the hotel and our Melbourne experience.
Disliked: as above... breakfast.

Great anniversary stay.

Liked: The rooftop bar was perfect. The food and drinks were amazing. Just had to walk back to our room. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location was great.Thankyou for our anniversary gift and card. Was a lovely gesture.
Disliked: The pillows were amazing little uncomfortable but that's just a minor thing.

Liked: The water fountain on each floor with sparkling option was a nice touch.
