Liked: We love staying at Pullman Swanston streetWe have stayed on Pullman on the park for 20 years changed this year better service more comfortable staff much more friendly and service far better

Liked: Room was perfect and kept really clean.Superb breakfast, with all you could wish for.Staff very friendly and helpful.Great central location with easy access to everything you could want to see.

Great place poor staff engagement.

Liked: Great location and rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The staff were very average - just didn’t care.The minibars were not replenished daily this is a big mistake as you could be making so much more money - I would have used it everyday.But mostly my ranking is due to the indifference of the staff.
