Convenient location to access many...

Liked: The water fountain where we can get unlimited supply of drinking water. Still and sparkling. That was awesome.

Not worth to stay.

Liked: Room was clean, beds were comfortable, location is great.
Disliked: Reception staff were not professional at all. They agreed will give us early check in if room is available when I made the bookingw, but try to send us away upon arrive, until I said I am happy to pay extra, so was a money issue. Booking direct price is higher than booking.com, but they don't do price match. Charged me twice for the same night, refunded after I requested without explanation or apology. Front staff are incredibly arrogant when you have a dispute to resolve. Absolutely not recommend if you want a peaceful trip, lots of nice service five star hotels in city center. Poor designed bathroom in a cheap budget way, poor sound proof for light sleepers.

Disliked: Clearly had staffing issues, check in was very slow, no cleaning available due to staff shortage. Neither was a big deal for me, but the staff were clearly under pressure with some very unhappy customers expressing their dissatisfaction to front desk staff whenever we were in reception.
