Liked: We had been advice that the rooms where ready for us prior to arriving at the Pullman and when we arrived both rooms where not ready, once we got the issue sort out some of the beds were O.K. Not the cot as it had no bedding and they could not give us any blankets or donna for the cot.We had trouble to order food from room service as when you try to order after looking on our mobile phone to see what was available, Once you order one item and when to order another the 1st item despaired, finally after many phones call to pullman staff we managed to order the food we required.
Disliked: We order the singles beds in both room and there were double beds in both rooms, we also ordered a cot for the Superior room with a view. THERE WAS NO COT IN EITHER OF THE ROOMS. And when we finely got a cot brought to the room, They could not supply any bedding for the cot. we were not informed that we had to bring our bedding for the cot.

Very quiet and comfortable stay!

Liked: Very comfortable and quiet room—I had a relaxing stay! The king bed was awesome and the room was spacious enough. I liked all the facilities in the room and the step in shower was a nice touch.
Disliked: The movie package on the room’s tv didn’t work. The carpet appeared a bit dirty with visible stains/spots of something. Checking in could have been better as there was not enough staff on duty, therefore a delay.

Good

Liked: Staff were friendly, albeit slow at check in and check out. Facilities and main areas well kept.
Disliked: The chair in our room 5406 or 5407 had a pencil sharpener and chewed pencil in it. Lack of power points next to bed where you need/want them.

Pleasant

Liked: The location is amazing for what I wanted to do. The facilities are clean and comfortable
Disliked: I've always had great experiences at the pullman, but this time there were issues. We were booked for 3 people, and the room I was given had 1 bed in it. The staff resolved it, telling me they had "upgraded us" but the room we got was exactly the room I booked. I then extended my stay in a room for just myself. There were no coffee pods for the machine, my room was not serviced on one of the days, and my food tray was left there for 24 hours.

Nice hotel, beds need updating...

Liked: The hotel is very nice and clean, styled well and has a very nice feeling as you enter. Rooms were also nice.
Disliked: The spa is tiny, and should be for adults only. Kids should not be allowed to jump and play in such a small area that adults need for relaxation and pain management. Also the beds were not very comfortable. Mattress needs updating. Why was there no microwave at all? And the lady on front desk was clearly sick with flu and shouldn't have been at work spreading germs. Also the shower was an over bath shower and tub was incredibly slippery. There was a sign stating non slip mats were available on request, but it took 5 phonecalls to reception over a 4 hour period to eventually get one at 7pm at night.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: There was no free bottled water in the room which was disappointing for a hotel chain of your stature. Staff response was tardy- not sure if it was short staffed during my stay.

Disliked: Overall a very tired property. Needs brightening up and a renovation. Staff lacking energy.
