Nice bed , not so...

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: We were allocated a room adapted for wheelchairs , the sink and toilet was low and the shower was more of a wet room in the bathroom water splashes everywhere , we stayed before and had a fabulous room but this stay was not as good due to the bathroom situation and there was no proper mirror to do makeup

Very luxurious, comfortable stay

Liked: Fantastic location, secure car park 2 minutes walk away, wonderful staff, superb food, fabulous room (lovely and quiet), modern fittings and just amazing. Loved that the bar stayed open quite late for a relaxing evening drink and pianist/vocalist was great, (unlike some hotels we’ve stayed at recently where the bar was already closed after a long drive and we just wanted a quick drink to unwind.) We would only stay at the Pullman now whenever we visit Liverpool.
