Disliked: The hotel was understaffed ; the breakfast service hot food ran out of items , the staff tried their best but there were too few in the kitchen and too few serving

Liked: Stayed here for my husband 40th birthday. Amazing hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming. Service was fantastic. Gentlemen on the door was lovely and so friendly. All the staff from reception to doorman to restaurant staff all fantastic. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms clean we paid for river view was lovely. Great location 10 minute walk to city centre.

Liked: The hotel is in a good location and the room was stylish with a really comfortable bed, a great view and an excellent bathroom. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. The restaurant was excellent as well. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great location but disappointing

Liked: Great location, staff were friendly and helpful, decor was lovely, downstairs area/bar was nice
Disliked: Got offered an accessible room on arrival due to no others being ready, we accepted as that wasn’t a problem for us - but should note that the shower room’s floor was uneven, which meant water from the shower often ran away from the plug - the floor got very wet and slippy, which while annoying for us could be a real problem for someone needing an accessible room. Also, the tea/coffee was poorly stocked, we had to ask for more. Only one robe. No biscuits. Only 2 out of the 5 bathroom dispensers worked (hand wash, shampoo and hair balm didn’t work). Some dirt marks on the bedding. Disappointing at >£330 for 1 nights stay
