Liked: The decor, food and staff
Disliked: Pillow was too fluffy. View could have been better. Booked a river view room but got more of the arena.

Liked: Breakfast was very nice and staff were very friendly
Disliked: Disappointed with the space in the bar area after attending an event at the m&s arena was looking forward to a drink after the show but far too many people in the bar area
