I stayed 6 days as...

Liked: I loved the pool and sauna facilities. There is also infrared sauna and an "experience shower" (with sound, light and nice scents). Breakfast was really good as well and the staff was really friendly and helpful. It's very nice with the espresso machine in the room, and of course there was also tea and a water boiler. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room including a big entrance and a working space.
Disliked: It would have been nice if I could get new capsules for the espresso machine by the reception desk, as I had to ask for it three times before it was delivered to my room. (I had opt out of the daily cleaning, (which I think is a great idea!) so didn't get the automatic refill of coffee). Also, there was a long walk to the room, as the stairs/lift is on the opposite side of the entrance.

Liked: I got upgraded to the suite due to the normal rooms being overbooked. Of course that was awesome customer service and greatly improved my experience at the Pullman. The perfect hotel for a (short) stay in Eindhoven.

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful, wide variety. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and went out of their way to make our mom’s 70th birthday a real treat!
Disliked: We were not happy that a staff member started removing everything from the table while we were still eating. We should have been able to finish eating without disturbance.
