Brilliant hotel, extremely value for...

Liked: Straight next to the station. Extremely value for money. Always great views if you are higher up. One side overlooks main station, other side over the square and city. Room was spacious, luxurious and a very pleasant feel to it. I felt like I was in a 10 star hotel, it's luxury all over the place. Staff very helpful and friendly. No problem storing my bags for the day, on the day I left. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in.Bonus tip: Greek restaurant across the road is really good.Bonus tip 2: If you are into steam trains, only 15 minutes by train in two different directions, you have daily steam train rides from March to November. Search for Weißeritztalbahn and Lößnitzgrundbahn. Also the Museum for transport (Verkehrsmuseum) in the centre of Dresden is very much worth a visit.
Disliked: I'm sure if I had any complaint, it would have been dealt with immediately. I find it hard to see how anyone could rate this hotel less than 10 stars.

Great Location but the room...

Liked: The location which is just a few minute walk from Dresden Central Station, and Tram Station is located next to hotel
Disliked: The room facilities are less than our expectation for Pullman Hotel, there are even no refrigerator and electric kettle. Air Condition didn't well operate, so the room temperature is quite high than outside.

Liked: This was my second time stayed in this hotel and check in was very quick and smooth. I liked the room and really enjoyed the breakfast. It was so convenient for shopping, eating, visiting the old town and taking the train. The best place to stay in Dresden.

Good hotel in the shopping...

Liked: The breakfast - great selection, freshly made eggs, bigger glasses for beverages (instead of the usual tiny 0,1l ones), and really good bacon! The staff was helpful and kind, the elevator fast and the views great.
Disliked: It was an unusual warm April weekend at 22°C - which lead to really high temperatures in the upper floors in excess of 30°C. Yet, the air condition didn't work as they won't turn it on until May. The staff installed a fan which did help a bit. The windows would only open a tiny bit, not enough to cool down the room.
