Small room, but excellent breakfast...

Liked: Very close to the station and not too far from the main sights.The room was compact but comfortable. We were up high with a good view from a full length window. I liked the comfortable chairs and table. Breakfast was excellent - a very wide range including both hot and cold options.
Disliked: A bit noisy as we were near tram tracks and a road, but nothing too bad.The bathroom was 'in' the room with a curtain that you pulled round - a bit unusual.

Liked: Nothing. I never got in.
Disliked: The proprietor was totally unresponsive to my messages which I tried messaging many days in advance. I tried to find out if they would keep my luggage for a while and checkout day. No answer. I let them know it’s gonna be late. No answer I tried to let them know I was gonna be very late and maybe not show until early in the morning the next day no answer. I missed the train stop and called and the phone rang and rang with no answer. No voicemail. I would never stay here again. The most unresponsive hospitality I’ve ever seen in my life. Do not stay here. Terrible service. good luck if you need any help because they will not help you.

Good hotel near the station

Liked: Spacious room, good tea and coffee, clean, great bathroom. Quiet
Disliked: Staff not helpful at checkin, noisy ac, bike storage remote from hotel & not supervised, very expensive breakfast

Exceptional

Liked: Safe place for my bike, very good breakfast, great view from a huge window. Very comfy bed. Very friendly staff, very clean. Luxurious feel.
Disliked: As mentioned by others, if there are two of you in the room, it may bother you durimg the night that too mamy lights go on, when one switches on the toilet lights. Transparent shower room, but theres a curtain around it. Maybe the coffee capsules could be labled so thar I know what flavour they are?

It was a good experience.

Liked: Breakfast buffet was wonderful. The tram into the center was close by and easy to use.
Disliked: The underground parking was a little challenging to find with the instructions given. The map they use should have more street names.
