Liked: The location is good.
Disliked: They charged $250 on my credit card for nothing. I contacted the hotel one month ago to ask what this charge is for. They told me it's for deposit. But as their record shows, the deposit was paid using another card, not my credit card. I followed up and explained my question is about the charge on my credit card. Then no response any more. Until now, I still don't get any explanation on what happened to my credit card and I just paid $250 for nothing.

Liked: The hotel has a great location. However, since we didn’t stay in a newly renovated room, it felt quite old and dated.
Disliked: The shower water temperature kept changing from hot to cold, which was quite inconvenient. I suppose the newly renovated rooms would be better. The bellman was very friendly and efficient—actually more efficient than the front desk.
