Liked: Great location comfortable bed
Disliked: The rooms are a-bit tired and rough in spots. Room was clean but the bathroom was not. There was long hairs on the bathroom floor and the bath plug hole was clogged with hair that was not from us, was there before we even used the room

Disliked: It needs to be updated, didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel.We got there early, so we were waiting to hear from the front desk when our room would be ready.We had lunch and made our way back, to find out that our room is ready, bags were still down stairs.

Disliked: Staff was helpless.. no water provided in the room and once we ordered it we never received it. That was the conclusion for all of our inquiries.

Disliked: Not clean, poorly maintained, expensive, neglected, musty/damp smellI'm very disappointed by this hotel.There were a number of maintenance issues that just screamed of neglect including a broken power point, hanging towel rack, mouldy silicone in shower, ripped/worn carpet. The bathroom was not clean (fences smear above flush button). I reported this to management, who to their credit, were very friendly. The beds were comfortable. There was no bedside table to put phones on though.At $380 per night, it, to me , does not represent value for money.
