Disliked: I definitely didn’t like to pay for something and then receive a message it’s not possible to get. It’s a long story to tell but to make it short. Order 4 rooms for 3 days, some facilities were not working and it was not mentioned before booking, so I asked to cancel, the property management said they will compensate me and they want to make it up for me. Ok did not cancel. After coming to the hotel, the property did not knew nothing what was arranged. After some long talks the property offered me (quoting) “10% for the room that I have got because I’m genuise 3 level, and free breakfast” - but that was all I paid before. So at the end they gave me free mini bar. Nice, so to sum up I overpaid ~600e for 4 bottles of cocacola and 2 bottles of beer.

Disliked: All saunas were closed during our stay, even though they sent email saying it will be opened. Swimming pool communistic design, room even after upgrade looks like ibis. Door from rooms do not close quietly
