Wonderful.

Liked: I love the facilities ! And everything in the hotel. Clean, and staff are very helpful and kind.
Disliked: I didn’t like the water pressure in the showers. Need better shower heads. There was only one staff member that was very rude. However, everyone else was very kind.

very happy will stay again.

Liked: shower abit outdated.
Disliked: pressure, shower head, and the mixer, but not a deal breaker.

Excellent except for the spa...

Liked: Buffet breakfast, staff member that was on the breakfast front of house - young man - first 2x mornings. Thursday AM & Friday AM - amazing service. An asset to the Pullman. 10/10. Beds super comfy - perfect pillows - perfect clean.
Disliked: Suggest cards to reuse towels - hang up and skip house cleaning but nowhere to hang the towels to dry? Heated towel racks? Also extractor fan not working in bathroom. Biggest disappointment was the spa not working. Was main reason why we chose the Pullman. Enjoyed the pool + sauna + steamroom + gym but not having the spa working for our whole visit was a super let down.

Disliked: We will book this hotel again as overall it was very good but next visit we will ask not to be on 2nd floor as the crashing and thumping from the service areas below was very anoying at 5am
