Liked: The pool and jacuzzi were great!
Disliked: There was a dried up spilled drink on the countertop which had clearly been overlooked for sometime.

Very disappointing. A great hotel...

Disliked: Stayed in Residences. Very noisy neighbours partying and smoking weed on the deck in Room 655. I have a noise recording of their various stages of partying plus a recording of me challenging the neighbour personally when they were still noisy after they were called and after the security person had visited, but they continued with unacceptable noise. Security guard too friendly with them rather than sternly enforcing noise restrictions at 11pm. This follows on from staying previously where a wedding event literally shook the building with party noise. I think the owners or staff prioritise others over hotel guests. Will think again about staying again. Other hotels in CBD do prioritise hotel guests.

Disliked: It was cold in the bar and lounge area with no heating at all. The Junior Suite we were in had a separate bedroom which was good but the shower over the bath was not easily accessible and turning hot water on and off without getting burnt was tricky. The aircon/heating needs updating as it blew cold for at least 10-15 minutes before getting warm. Also, expectations of a 5-star hotel were not realised as it was obvious there were MSD clients also using the hotel facilities. Nothing against them but when you pay around $1700-$1800 for three nights you expect a certain standard of clientele to be staying there.

Amazing anniversary trip.

Liked: The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The facilities are amazing and it's very close to attractions, cafes and bars.
Disliked: The only downside is the parking. We've stayed here twice now and end up paying quite a bit to park our car in the underground carpark.
