Liked: very clean rooms especially the soft carpet lol everything was clean and tidy
Disliked: Breakfast was very average bacon was tough as and mushrooms were average, scrambled eggs were average but hey everyone likes there food cooked to their preference

Liked: The breakfast was over-the-top-Excellent!! The pool was refreshing, clean, and partially covered and open air, location was superior and safe. I also ate in the afternoon having an early dinner and it was delicious fresh food. I will investigate this corporate company to see if they are in my country for future stays.

Enjoyable stay in AKL

Liked: We enjoyed all the facilities of the hotel, great spa, gym, sauna, pool area. Staff throughout the hotel were fantastic and eager to assist with any enquiries. We enjoyed drinks in the bar, they have a great happy hour from 4-6pm daily and we then had dinner in the restaurant which was lovely. Very easy to walk into downtown and also the many parks in the area. We enjoyed the location.
Disliked: The lobby area/bar/restaurant area can get a bit noisy but overall it was a really nice area to sit back and enjoy a drink and meal.
