Great for what I needed...

Liked: Perfect location.
Disliked: Coffee machine and snacks on the counter were dusty. There was also hair in the shower from a previous guest.

Fine, but overpriced.

Liked: It was once an amazing hotel, I am sure, but not reflective of the price we paid. It was a great location for events, and helpful and courteous staff, and the beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The room is fine, just not up to the standard of a $420/night room with $55 parking and $42 breakfast. Furnishings were tired and the water pressure in the shower was terrible. (note, this room price would be more expensive than normal due to an event, but why else would you want to stay at Olympic Park? $340/night is standard price... still too high.)

Disliked: This review is in hope that you change your practice not to make you look bad. Overall I have been happy with my stays at the Pullman SOP.I waited 2.5hrs (until 10.30pm) for a pillow in order to go to sleep. I had to ask for one 4 times over 2 hours. I did not feel like the staff provided great customer service on this occasion. Overall the staff were friendly and apologetic however the message to get my pillow got lost in translation several times. Better customer service would have been to personally accompany me to my floor to unlock the door and hand a pillow to me (this would have taken 3-4 mins) and doing so on the second if not the third time I had to remind them I was waiting. I have stayed there twice with my family in the last month and both times we needed to ask for additional pillows because a room that was book for 4 people only came with 2 sleeping pillows. This hassle on both ends could be avoided by house keeping checking how many people are booked into that room and providing the correct number of pillows from the outsetOf course I will stay here again for sport due to the location however I hope this situation can be avoided in the future.
