Liked: Everything comfortable bed nice view
Disliked: Shower was blocked so had to stop shower to stop it overflowing I told reception so hopefully the fixed it now

Excellent as always!

Liked: The nice little Spa, with 2 pools 2 saunas working, and a great bubble bath. The nice breakfast, and the free outside parking. The great location at the Brunnen-Allee. The nice staff.
Disliked: The outside pool opening times could be extended, in particular could start earlier, e.g. 8 a.m., which would be very nice in summer months. The other 2 saunas should be operated too, in particular the outside one.

Liked: Incredible value for the price ! Great location. Spacious rooms. Great breakfast. Staff were unfailingly polite and helpful.

Liked: building was beautiful.
Disliked: You couldn't use Spa facilities even 1 hour after your reservation though they say 1 day of spa acces. so if you decide to go to the spa after your checkout or stay at spa after checkout, it's not available. we arrived late night at the hotel and only stayed for few hours and they didn't let us to use the spa which was so dissapointingthere are only 6 parking spots owned by property and they send you to a public parking close by which you need to pay for and it's not guaranteed.

Bad

Disliked: picked the hotel as it had air conditioning which was important to us. On arrival air conditioning didn't work, instead water was dripping from the ceiling. Not what we expected for the money charged. Staff then tried to fob us off with excuses. Not a good experience

Charming hotel in a great...

Liked: Elegant hotel, lovely decor and delicious food.
Disliked: Rooms were quite hot in the night and hard to cool down. Didn’t seem to be enough staff to service the property, which is quite large. Those that were around were professional though.
