Lovely experience in the heart...

Liked: Beautiful spaces, especially the garden patio restaurant. Great location. Mostly superior service. Restaurants all great. Nice feeling of luxury. Great private canal cruise
Disliked: Lobby was crowded at times, concierge happy to help set things up, but messed up reservations at two restaurants and one excursion. It all worked out but they felt harried. Room was beautiful with nice view of interior patio - however was a bit space challenged

Liked: Lovely location near all the nice cafe's and boutiques
Disliked: Bathroom and and bedroom could have had a little more storage.

Liked: We truly enjoyed everything about our stay, from the service, design and cleanliness to the delicious breakfast, warm staff, and perfect central location.
Disliked: The lunch, dinner and 24/7 menus could offer more variety and better alternatives to match the overall high standards of the hotel.

Do you like a place...

Liked: The property has an “edgy” character that is fun without being flamboyant. The rooms are comfortable. The staff (with a notable exception) is professional, friendly and anticipative of your needs. The location puts it within walking distance of most attractions.
Disliked: The notable exception is the housekeeping staff. They often forgot to provide enough towels or toilet paper and one day the room did not get cleaned until almost 8 pm.
