Liked: Gorgeous and artistic decor, gracious staff, wonderful food, and super comfortable beds!This was my third stay at Pug Seal.
Disliked: Music was a bit annoying.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Polanco

Liked: We had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful boutique hotel in Polanco; it was so quiet and peaceful and we loved waking up in the morning to hear the birds chirping outside in the garden; all of the staff were so friendly and helpful; the bed was enormous and very comfortable; breakfast was fabulous and I loved that they had 'cafe de olla' every morning; we loved walking around the neighborhood, with all of the shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as all the public parks and tree-lined streets - highly recommended.
Disliked: Nothing.

A gem in the heart...

Liked: I absolutely loved everything from the minute I walked in, the building itself it’s a art, a gem in the heart of the city, than walking inside, each corner tells a beautiful story through art and design, so vibrant and unique. The bed it’s so comfortable, shower and every detail was so greatly appreciated. Top hospitality! The staff were welcoming, truly inspiring place! Don’t forget to check the rooftop for best cocktails
