Disliked: The receptionist needs better customer service skills and she was rude to her co-worker in front of me

Disliked: The curtains did not close. People could look right into our room. Noise and light all night long. Could not sleep.

Liked: Comfortable, functional and friendly staff. Works for a business trip in and out of Anchorage. They do a fine job with that, consistently. It is not a resort destination. It serves a different purpose.

An uncomfortable mess

Liked: The bed was not made the pillows were in the corner with no pillow cases the room was very uncomfortable The A/C and or Heater didn’t work. I ask for a different room but was told none were available. I have stayed there several times most of the time it was somewhat decent But never again

Pleasant enough, convenient.

Liked: For the price, the room, comfort and style matched. I enjoyed having a separate sink from the bath and toilet area in the room. The lighting and outlets were mostly accommodating, also having a hair dryer. The continental breakfast with boiled eggs, tangerines, and bagel and cream cheese were my liking. Also, the convenience of the location went well, very close to the airport and where I needed to go to. And there were ample food choices from the nearby restaurants, just across the street. And the local bus route was just outside.
Disliked: Yet, I still found very evident stains on the blanket and sheets, the running sink water in the room smelled, and the heat had to be readjusted by maintenance many times. Overall, I didn't mind having to ask but it was a problem that could have been avoided maybe. My chocolates melted while I was away for the day. The maintenance personnel were pleasant, but I think staff cleaning the breakfast area could have a bit more professional way about them..
